Thank You Jordiegirl

Oh My - I can't believe how NORMAL I feel today!
The tablets finally kicked in, and I only feel my internal stitches if I happen to try and do something silly - and as you all know me I can't help doing silly things!
Anyway, I am sat in my recliner, laptop on lap, with the help of my little laptop table that Sally-Ann and Mike bought me for my birthday, and have been checking out some of the latest blogs updated on my blog-roll.
As you can see from the title of this post, I have been inspired. and as such, have created a new blog to showcase some of the cards that I have made over the years.
I have started with Kelly's Birthday card, and Dylan's Godson card, and will slowly upload some of my past works.
Please feel free to follow me on the other blog. Your comments on my creations would be very welcome, as this will steer me towards using some designs again and again if they are liked.
I have been card making for many years, and as such, will only select perhaps some of my favourites to date, but from now on will add pictures as I create a card.

Ooh, I am pleased you have done a blog for your cards Joanne, I will definitely start following it.

When I first started making cards they were what I now call 'extremely basic' mainly outline stickers which I now try to avoid when I can although I do have quite a stash of them still.

If you take a look at the large card I made of a boutique style shop for Cherie, look closely at the dresses and tops in the windows, plus the stands and shelves, the window and door frame etc, I cut those with my Wishblade. I am determined to come to terms with this machine and make more and more cards using it. Also the large Christmas card with the reindeer on was done with the Wishblade, although the reindeer were some I downloaded from someone on CRForum. The large computer cards were done with it too.

I am not brilliant at cutting straight lines so the Wishblade is great even for just cutting rectangles with square or rounded corners and other basic shapes.

I'm off to check out your cardmaking blog now.

Pleased you're up to tuning in to catch up the posts again.

Oh My Goodness I've just spotted all of the comments you have been making on my other blog - Thank you so much Jordiegirl - My camera has gone flat, so I had to stop and recharge the battery LOL.
My cards are very basic in comparison to the work you can produce, but I am sure that with a little practice I can do better.
I have posted a comment on the Godchild card for you in reply to all of your other comments.... I feel like I know you now, it's a shame you are so far away, it would be lovely to meet up... if you are ever if Cornwall let me know x

Thanks for the hair color advice. With a bit of tequila and some help from my niece's daughter who is living with us right now I just might do this.

Hi Joanne

I feel like I have a connection to you too, there's been something about you from the first time I read your blog to be honest.

It's a long time since I've holiday in Cornwall, but perhaps one day I will again and if I do I will be sure to let you know so we can arrange to meet up, you seem like a really lovely special person.

I've just popped by again to see how you are doing as you have posted on this blog lately so I'm getting a little worried about you, do let me know how you are.

Hope you're well.

Thanks for your advice on my post. I will have to simply do what I can and that is all.
I am not much for guilt so I guess I will adapt. I am so used to having all my time as my own.
